payment

all commissions once accepted to the queue require a 50% non-refundable downpayment. 

you can pay the remainder up front (Prefered) 

or in a payment plan: weekly/monthly payments till the remainder is paid off. I do not ship suits till they have been fully paid off. 

​

commissions are worked on in order of the queue, one at a time. 

regardless of if you paid up front or are paying it off over a longer period.

​

if you fail to pay off multiple payments in your payment plan we reserve the right to terminate your commission.  if you know you will not be able to make your monthly/weekly payment please reach out to me beforehand so we can discuss the best options.

if you are on a payment plan it should not exceed four months.

​

all payments are done through PayPal in USD only

canceling 

​

the 50% down payment is not refundable.

please make sure before you commission me that you have the funds to do so and wish to go through with the commission. if you do cancel we reserve the right to sell the work that has already been finished once it has been edited into a new character. 

​

deadlines 

we do not accept rush orders or convention deadlines. 

once your suit has been paid off and moved to the "in progress" queue the turn around time is usually 1-2 months.

​

progress updates

all work in progress updates will be provided on the private commissions telegram channel. you can request more or specific wip's privately on telegram as well. telegram is also a good place to leave me notes or thoughts and input on the wip's you receive.

Full suits require a DTD to be made. if your interested in a full suit commission please be aware of this and do your research about the process. you can also reach out to us with questions you might have.

design changes 

​

no changes can be made to your design like markings and color once your project has been started. if its a minor change that does not require fabric to be re-ordered the change may be accepted but there may be a fee for doing so.

studio style 

​

commissions will be completed in the studio style .

slight edits to this can be done to suit the character. under no circumstances will we mimic another maker's style for you! 

if you want your suit in a different stye that we don't offer find a maker who creates suits in that style.

shipping 

​

we are located in northern California, usa and ship continental and international. 

commissioners are responsible for all shipping costs, import fees.

the shipping cost is not included in your initial quote and is calculated when it is shipped. the cost is dependent on the distance and the size of the box. you will receive the receipt with the cost to ship and the tracking information. we reserve the right to chose the courier with which the package is sent

seventh moon coyote is not liable for the loss or damage of the product once it has shipped. 

customs fees and internationally orders are the commissioner's responsibility. all shipments are marked as full value in customs forms no exceptions.

care

we are not responsible for damages caused by excessively rough wear of your suit, mistreatment, poor or improper cleaning and general aging.

please follow the care instructions provided with your suit or contact us with questions.

Liability disclaimer 

​

fursuiting comes with health and safety risks. such risks may include excessive heat, limited visibility,  movement restriction. heat stroke is a serious health concern .

please suit responsibly. seventh moon coyote is not liable for any bodily injury to yourself or others while suiting. 

 

age restriction

we do not except commissions from minors, not Even with parental consent. you may be asked to provide a form of id to verify your age.
